1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

• Products are delivered immediately upon purchase.
• Access is permanent and cannot be revoked.
• Refunds will not be issued if you entered an incorrect CFX Keymaster nickname during purchase.
• Refunds are not available if you are banned from our Discord or community platforms.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be provided for Developer Services (custom work) if, and only if, the service or product was never delivered. Once delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Third-Party Payments

If payment is made via services such as PayPal, Klarna, or similar, our no-refund policy still applies. While these intermediaries may allow disputes or chargebacks, these processes are outside our control. We recommend reviewing their policies before purchase.
