Welcome to Karma Developments. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they define your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on Karma Developments.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our digital assets and the effort invested in each product.
All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, and access to the product is granted permanently and cannot be revoked.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot provide refunds once access is granted.
By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
If you made a purchase with a wrong Keymaster nickname and the product was sent, no refunds will be issued, as we cannot revoke access associated with that nickname.
Refunds are only provided for Developer Services (custom work) if and only if the product/service was never delivered. Once you have received the product or service, no refunds will be issued.

Note: If payment is made through third-party intermediaries such as Klarna, Paypal or similar services, our no-refund policy remains in effect.

However, these intermediaries may offer chargeback or dispute processes that are beyond our control and may result in financial reversals.

We recommend reviewing their policies before purchasing.

2. Consequences for Terms Violation

If you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Service, Karma Developments reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to a permanent ban from our Discord server and any other Karma Developments platforms.

This measure is intended to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all our customers and community members.

3. Prior Ban and Purchase Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have access to our community platforms before making any purchase.

If you are already banned from our Discord or other community channels, please be advised that this status will not be grounds for a refund on purchased products.

Purchasing without verifying your access to our community does not warrant any exceptions to our no-refund policy.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product from Karma Developments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

Non-compliance with any of the above terms may result in the restriction or termination of access to our services and community.
